Terms of Use

NARFFUM sells original designer, luxury and niche perfumes with delivery across the Republic of Armenia. The website and the iOS app are two ways of using the same store: your account, wishlist, cart, orders and cashback are shared between them.

You may browse without an account. To place an order, collect cashback or save a wishlist you need to register with a valid e-mail address, or sign in with Google or Facebook.

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

You may delete your account at any time from the Service or by writing to us.

All products are original. Product photos are for illustration; packaging may differ slightly from the manufacturer's current design.

Prices are shown in Armenian drams (AMD) and include applicable taxes. Delivery cost, if any, is shown before you confirm the order. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at the moment you place your order is the price you pay.

In case of an obvious pricing error we may cancel the order before delivery and will inform you.

An order is placed when you confirm it in the checkout. We then contact you by phone to confirm availability, address and delivery time. A contract of sale is concluded when we confirm the order.

We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if the delivery details cannot be verified, or if we suspect fraud. In such cases you will not be charged.

We deliver across Armenia. Typical delivery times and any delivery fee are shown in the checkout and confirmed by phone.

Orders are paid on delivery, in cash or by card to the courier where available. We do not collect card details through the Service.

Please inspect the parcel at delivery. If the packaging is damaged, you may refuse the parcel and tell the courier.

Because perfumes are cosmetic products, an opened or used product cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery. Defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full, including delivery cost.

Registered customers earn cashback or points on confirmed orders as shown in the Service. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and may be used only towards future orders in accordance with the rules displayed in your account.

Promo codes are valid for the period and conditions stated with them and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. We may cancel points or promo benefits obtained through misuse, and may change or end the loyalty programme with notice in the Service.

You may leave reviews and ratings. By doing so you grant us a non-exclusive right to display them in the Service. Reviews must be honest, based on your own experience, and must not contain offensive, misleading or unlawful content. We may remove reviews that break these rules.

The NARFFUM name, logo, texts, design and software of the website and app belong to us or our licensors. Brand names and product images belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell. You may not copy or reuse content from the Service without permission.

The app is licensed to you, not sold, for personal use on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store terms. We may update or discontinue the app at any time. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it.

We do our best to keep the Service accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the Service. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Armenian law.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
